Perry Gathings - President, Chief Executive Officer

As President and CEO, Perry provides leadership to the company, guides it research and client activities. Prior to founding SourceHorizon, Inc., Perry worked in sales, marketing and project management in custom manufacturing. Because of direct industry involvement, he became aware of the many problems associated with the traditional outsourcing method. His innovative vision for process improvement earned SourceHorizon the 2002 Triad Entrepreneurial Initiative's Award for Business Concept.

Brian H. Self - Vice-President, Chief Operations Officer

Brian brings 15 years of experience in manufacturing management to the SourceAuthority team. Brian will oversee the day to day operations of the company, assuring quality services and customer satisfaction. He is a graduate of North Carolina State University with a B.A. in Communications and a minor in Textile Management.

Jason Stevens - Chief Engineering Services Officer

Mr. Stevens is a licensed Professional Engineer, the founder of Goshen Design, and formally the Manager of Engineering and Manufacturing of Impulse NC. A PhD. candidate, Mr. Stevens has several years in research and development which he obtained while working towards his advanced degrees at NC State.

Mr. Stevens will guide the development of SourceHorizon’s Engineering Support Services.

Rendy Richards - Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Richards has more than twenty years of broad experience in finance and accounting, contracts and procurement, strategic planning, business development and project management. Mr. Richards holds a Masters in Finance and diverse industry experience at companies such as AMP/Tyco Electronics, Hughes Aircraft and COMSAT (Communications Satellite Corp.).

Mr. Richards is responsible for treasury, financial operations and accounting functions within the company.

Michael Warren - Chief Strategy Officer

Mr. Warren has more than twenty years experience in high-tech market strategy and is a former COO of a North Carolina software company serving Fortune 500 customers. He directed the international market strategy of several multi-million dollar corporations.

Mr. Warren will assist the CEO in aligning strategy with operations.

Craig Sour - Chief Information Officer

Mr. Sour has more than twenty years experience in the design, installation, configuration, implementation and support of business technology hardware and software. Mr. Sour holds MSCE and CCNA certifications and was the founder of the business technology firm, BestCaseScenario.

Mr. Sour will guide the development of the company’s IT infrastructure.
